Oje Ivagba

Executive Director (2017-2020)

Oje Ivagba has 10 years of nonprofit management experience, with a focus on program design, training development, strategic planning, institutional development and partnership development. Prior to joining YEDI as its Executive Director, he served as Foundation Manager, Christopher Kolade Foundation;  Chief Operating Officer – Rainbow Group and Director of Programs at LEAP Africa. He has led training on soft skills, ethical leadership, social innovation and business development programs – benefiting over 15000 stakeholders across the six geo-political regions of Nigeria. He managed the implementation of the Leadership, Ethics and Civics (LEC) program in public schools in five states; which benefitted 20,000 people (students and teachers) and emerged as finalists for the FT/Citi Ingenuity Awards in 2013. Oje is highly regarded for his resourcefulness and integrity. He holds a first degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and is an alumnus of the Centre for Creative Leadership, Enterprise Development Centre – Pan Atlantic University and Monterey Institute for International Studies.
