World Malaria Day 2020: YEDI Commemorates with Key Messages & Giveaways!

Annually, on April 25, nations world over commemorate the World Malaria Day – a day to highlight the global efforts to roll back the scourge of malaria and celebrate the gains that have been made. As COVID-19 spreads rapidly across the globe, many states in Nigeria are CURRENTLY on lockdown, sadly, one thing is sure: MOSQUITOES that cause MALARIA ARE NOT ON #LOCKDOWN – they still have to be stopped!
Along with the urgent need to aggressively tackle #COVID19, we must not relent in fighting a killer disease like malaria, more so now.

To commemorate 2020 #WorldMalariaDay, YEDI is hosting an online campaign on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with Malaria prevention key messages, fun activities, malaria prevention videos and animations, Questions and Answers and Giveaways
